The machine use one-three zone fully automatically closed loop tension control system. Using Siemens PLC and Siemens digital modular for computerized central control, colour touch screen operation, with presetting constant tension unwinding, taped decreasing tension for central rewinding. And to be able the slitting speed automatically following and dynamically controlled with rewinding and unwinding tension. The machine is equipped with auto edge guide unit, length and diameter auto counting functions. The machine running tension, length, diameter and speed are all can be set and showing on the touch screen.
